Job description

CTO is responsible for business success in the use and implementation of innovative online tools. CTO is also responsible for managing lean web software development with the use of new frameworks. You need to research and implement new digital tools and software development frameworks to provide efficient business support and web software development. Responsibilities will be related to a few internally managed projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work and deliver results mostly in English,
  • Work with modern high level software development frameworks and digital tools
  • Research for new tools to improve business, present and plan implementations
  • Setup and integrate tools, onboard and support use efficiency
  • Manage lean web software development projects
  • Analyse new projects and present adequate software development technology stack
  • Look for development resources locally and internationally
  • Manage external software developers
  • Participate in new projects

Ability to efficiently implement and manage digital tools:

  • G Suite for Business and Teams
  • Productivity: Slack, Asana
  • Business Management: Zoho One
  • Web & Design: Shopify, Duda, Canva, Lucidchart
  • Marketing: Google Ads, Ad Words, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Hootsuite
  • Financial: TransferWise, Xero, Fathom
  • General: Name.com, Zoom.us and other

Requirements:

  • Understand digital tools and their role in business processes
  • Understanding potential of all above platforms
  • Understanding of software development frameworks, preferably Flutter, Firebase or related
  • Understanding of database systems, SQL and non-SQL
  • Multitasking capability and good work organization
  • Experience in working with international companies
  • Clear, credible and compelling communication skills
  • FLUENT English is a must
