Job description
Financial Systems Analyst is a new role that will work to design, maintain and implement financial systems, ensure data and reporting quality and actively work with management and users to develop and grow systems functionality. You need to successfully implement innovative online digital tools in business workflow.
Ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and financial analysis and is looking for a challenge of moving to innovative digital systems development.
Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, document and maintain financial systems
- Design and implement effective management reporting solutions
- Prepare actual vs budget and operational KPI’s reporting
- Develop Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecast models
- Implement new software solutions in order to meet requirements
- Audit processes & develop processes to improve business
- Train team in efficient use of financial systems
- Cooperate with managers, users, freelancers and outsourced business
- Other tasks and duties related to above responsibilities requested by Employer
Ability to efficiently use digital tools:
- Excel and Google Sheets advanced expert
- Database management (SQL & visual database management)
- Accounting software
- Zoho Creator, Deluge script language
- G Suite for Business and Teams
- Productivity: Slack, Asana, Miro
- General: Zoom.us, etc
Requirements:
- Accounting software logic understanding
- Financial and operational reporting fluency
- Ability to translate IT language into a business & team friendly dialogue
- 1+ years of accounting and financial analysis related experience
- Multitasking capability and good work organization
- Efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Punctuality - delivery strictly on time all scheduled duties
- FLUENT English is a must
